Inside Fitness has been described by fitness industry "experts" as the best training facility in Australia. It has earned this reputation within the industry, even though they are by no means the "biggest gym". Biggest doesn't always mean best.
During the 2000 Olympics some nations decided, because of the gym's reputation, to use it in favour of the training facility installed at the Olympic Village.
All the exercise equipment provided for members has been selected after the closest of evaluation for its' design and function perfection.
Families are encouraged to exercise together. Over one-third of their customer base are families who join together on the one membership. They have an option for up to 3 members from the same family household to join at special family rates.
