Comments: The three audio commentaries are time well spent if you are a fan of the movie. The first has Coogan and producer Andrew Eaton discussing the movie in a humourous way. The second is possibly more interesting as it is by Tony Wilson and gives you a chance to hear from the not-backwards-in-coming-forwards man himself. On disc two there is an interview with many of the musicians from Factory and a small image of the movie itself playing on-screen. Good fun stuff.

There are deleted scenes bursting out of the disc with 24 of them on offer. These are must-sees as they are a laugh. Other extras include still pages promoting various things. From the Factory Floor, Michael Winterbottom profile is a 24-minute look at the director and it is a nicely done look behind the scenes. Peter Saville Gallery looks at the posters published by Factory. The Real Tony Wilson has the man being talked about by various associates and goes for five minutes.

Playing People Who are Still Alive is a short look at how difficult it was for actors to get into the role of still-living people and Genesis of 24 hour Party People is a five-minute spiel from Winterbottom about how the movie came about. Just to finish this excellent package off there is a series of brief funny interviews with Factory band members.
