Okay tighten your jockstraps just a little more, chill out your brains and settle back for a surprisingly funny movie in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.

It is the tale of losers against winners and how losers can become winners - even if the winners don't let them. Something like that…

Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story

Peter La Fleur (Vince Vaughn) is the owner of Average Joe's - an exceptionally average gym that is jammed to the rafters with hopeless cases. La Fleur isn't too concerned, however, as it keeps everyone happy and he can pay the bills.

Well, that's an 'almost' pay the bills. He's actually in debt to the owner of Globo Gym, White Goodman (Ben Stiller), who wants to take the $50,000 debt and get rid of Average Joe's.

Suddenly the only opportunity for La Fleur to get the cash is to join in a national dodgeball competition - it's a fun game to watch and play - that just so happens to have $50,000 a first prize.

Now Dodgeball has some hilarious moments and is pretty funny all the way through. The cast works very well with, and against, each other.

Vaughn is Mr Nice and Stiller is massively funny as the former fat boy turned skinny wanker who has to blow up the bulge in his pants to make it look more impressive.

Fun movie, good storyline.

Conclusion: Movie 80% Extras 70%
