Comments: Almost as interesting as the original film is the account of the story backgrounding its history from the novel by H.G.Wells hosted by Rudy Behlmer, film historian, including interviews by Bill Condon, Sir Ian McKellan and Jessica Rains (Claude Rains daughter). It gives insight into the characters involved in the making of this , for its time, innovative film; particularly the man behind it, director James Whale..
