Jeepers Creepers 2

Oh boy, the winged nasty is back and is set to renew its very unhealthy acquaintance with bits and pieces of some poor young folk.

This time around the soon-to-be victims are a busload of football jocks, their girls and teachers.

Now if you remember the first Jeepers Creepers the basic story is that this creature comes alive every 23 years and needs to feed itself before going back into hibernation.

It chooses its new parts through the fear it smells on victims and woe betide you if you be the 'fraidy cat - because it isn't a nice way to go.

Jeepers Creepers 2 is not as scary as the original, but is good enough for Mrs A to have been hanging on to my arm for dear life during certain moments.

Everything is up front and you see the nasty early on, but the story goes along at a good pace as the victims start to fall - er, fly.

There is only one well-known acting face among the cast and this is not a bad thing as you really have no idea who the next mouthful is going to be.

Jeepers Creepers 2 is a good follow-up to the original and is good for getting the pulse racing.
