By wearing a special pair of glasses Joe could become a
brain surgeon, Russian fighter pilot, astronaut or whatever.
This, of course, makes him a very special young fellow and
a very special secret agent for the World Intelligence Network
(WIN) spying agency.
Now without being boring old codgers it is fair to say that
nowadays Joes dad would be charged with child abuse
for allowing his little-un to be placed in such horrendous
situations.
The character, however, loves his work as you can tell from
the first episode when he turns around the top-secret Russian
fighter plane he has just stolen and not only shoots up a
squadron of pursuing commies, but blows the living daylights
out of their bases.
To a 40-something, Joe 90 has lost the impact it once had,
but one would suggest kids of today may get a real kick out
of the pint-sized action lad.
The video transfer is sensational.
Conclusion: 70% Extras: N/A.
