In Australian musical terms, you can't get much bigger than John Farnham, Olivia Newton-John and Anthony Warlow.

Between them there is a recording catalogue higher than Mt Everest and, in Our Livvy's case, a marvelous smash hit movie in Grease, and in Warlow's the fantastic Phantom of the Opera stage show.

This DVD is of the two-and-a-half hour live show the trio put on as a celebration.

Mixed with a lot of good humour - and of course some terrific songs - the concert flows with an ease that is rarely seen.

Consummate performer though he is, Warlow is the junior of the team, but has a commanding stage presence and a wonderful voice.

While we could say Olivia hasn't aged a whit since doing Grease, that would be fibbing, but her vocal chords still sound absolutely magical.

Farnham, the Voice, is the clown of the trio and when asked to roll his RRRs during a Spanish song Granada, rolls his ar….

Anyway, he delights the crowd and you could give the guy a matchbox cover to sing and it would sound impressive.

The transfer is very good and copes very well with the high-contrast lighting conditions of a live concert.

The sound, in 5.1 or DTS, is awesome and will have you reaching for the volume control.
