Details at a glance...

The Mexican
(2001)
Universal Home Entertainment
118 minutes
M

Director: Gore Verbinski.

Cast: Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, James Gandolfini.

Format: Widescreen. Single-sided, dual-layer disc.

Language: English. Dolby Digital 5.1.

Subtitles: English - Hearing Impaired.

Extras: Theatrical trailer, director's audio commentary, deleted scenes.

Comments: Sometimes there are absolute gems tossed away by directors and editors but, in the case of the deleted scenes from The Mexican, there is nothing you will miss. The commentary is ordinary with the egos of those involved - director, writer and editor - going a long way towards making you hit the open button on your player.
