94 minutes
MA15+

Format: Widescreen. Single-sided, dual-layer disc.

Language: English. Dolby Digital 5.1.

Subtitles: None.

Extras: The 20-minute making-of doco is a light-hearted series of interviews, explanations and pieces of footage. It is an unpretentious look behind the cameras and you do pick up some good info on the actors and of Stickmen.

Comments: The audio commentary from director Hamish Rothwell and writer Nick Ward is an entertaining chat as the pair take you through Stickmen with a huge degree of poking fun at themselves. The guys introduce the characters, explain why things were done the way they were and tell a host of little yarns that will make subsequent viewings even more enjoyable. Like the fact a shot of the guys in a stationary taxi was filmed that way because they ran out of money and couldn't afford to have the guy driving around. It's down home charm makes the audio worth spending the time watching.
