Comments on extra features:
The deleted scenes are interesting to watch, but there's nothing startling in there, the behind the scenes goes for almost half an hour and is good to watch to see the enthusiasm everyone brought to the project. There's a good short feature running 11 minutes on making the war canoe and you can see how Castle Hughes did on her audition. For film buffs Caro's commentary is very good and goes into great depth about how she went about things the way she did.
