Governor-General report #73
When
it comes to pedophiles there is no doubt where my stance is
- death. And not just an ordinary one, rather a nasty, painful,
slow death that will fill them with hours (if not days) of
terror and incredible pain.
That would include a 30-minute session with the relatives
of the abused child, who could do whatever they wanted to
the scumbag. Finally, I volunteer to deliver the coup de mort
with an axe handle - right across the face.
That's what should happen and anyone protecting peds from
justice, or hiding them, would be jailed for life with a red
PL (ped lover) branded on to their foreheads.
You can see where this is leading can't you? Yup, you're
right, the old Governor-General.
Now, Dr Peter Hollingworth is in a bit of doo-doo right up
to his vice-regal armpits over whether or not he handled cases
of abuse in the Anglican church with too much leniency.
The gist of it - if you've been living on the moon for the
past month and have missed the media frenzy - is that he is
accused of allegedly covering up cases of abuse while big
chief dog-collar wearer of Brisbane.
There are also accusations that he didn't treat victims with
sympathy and basically washed his hands of the matters.
Now I know that it was up to 20 years ago - and attitudes
were very different back then - but I cannot believe that
any Christian could turn away and allow these things to go
unpunished. It's even worse that an Anglican could be involved,
I mean you do expect these sorts of things from the other
mob, where abusing choir boys and the like seem to be part
of the perks of the job.
Anyway, if Hollingworth did cover up then he is a disgrace
and deserves branding. If, however, he just handled things
inappropriately then it becomes a little greyer. A guy can't
be forced from his job just because he didn't do well in a
previous one. Whichever way it is, he certainly deserves a
good hard bollocking - and hasn't he copped that over the
past weeks?
Those community groups that are out to protect children have
every right to go feral and we should all be there applauding
them.
My concern, however, comes from the various agendas that
different pro-republican types are pushing and are using the
twitty media to get stuck into the Queen's chap in Australia.
Talk about a feeding frenzy as each one follows the other
in trying to make the most mileage out of the affair.
The next time you hear a politician, unionist or wannabe
Canberra trougher get stuck into the G-G, ask yourself what
side they were on during the republican debate and $100 to
an M&M you'll find a Queen-hater.
That's not to say republicans don't care about the poor victims,
but - in between Labor trying to smash the office of G-G and
thereby hurt the Prime Monster, and the media just trying
to beat the opposition - the victims, the people we should
really be thinking of, have become forgotten in the fuss.
It's very sad.
