Jail for Welsh git who created email worms

I know 2003 is but a few weeks old, but things are looking
better than last year.
Already this week we've had a legal victory over officious,
aggressive Tram Nazis who make up for their appalling taste
in careers and small appendages by lording it over fare-paying
passengers - and now we got even better news.
One of the a-holes who create web worms has copped two years
in jail for releasing the Gokar, Redesi and Admirer plagues.
More than 27,000 computers globally got infected by the bloody
things and while small compared with some of the really nasty
little buggers electronically zipping around it is a good
lesson to the scum who invent them.
Now I am a bit hot under the collar about viruses at the
moment because my email was shutdown this week after receiving
a zabillion messages - some as large as 1 Meg - fired out
by some poor sod's machine who unwittingly got infected.
No email in to a global advisor such as myself is pretty
hard to wear, particularly as I'm involved in delicate negotiations
between George Dubya and Soddem Hussein.
Messages would have been bouncing around the Net like Anna
Kournikova on a tennis court - speaking of whom, the creator
of her namesake worm only copped 150 hours of community service,
but I guess that's the bleeding-heart Dutch for you!
Anyway, back to the Welsh git Simon Vallor, web designer
and general poo-head. When sentencing the tosser the judge
took into consideration the fact that viruses/worms cost people
a lot of time, money and aggravation and the argument that
his actions were similar to breaking into businesses around
the world and destroying property.
And so they are and while I sit down to watch the Rugby World
Cup later this year I'll think of poo-head Vallor when the
Welsh team trots on to the park happy in the knowledge that
he won't be watching. He'll be too busy guarding his honour
in the showers!
So as I said before 2003 has started well. All we need now
is for some politician to act against those other evil internet
users - spam purveyors - and serve out a few lengthy jail
terms for those a-holes!
