There have been some pretty poor college based comedies over the years - and after a while, they start to lose their steam. Which is probably why this puppy tanked in the United States.

Also - the fact it's two lead actors are well into their thirties and are playing teenagers doesn't help the cause either.

For those still interested (and can't wait until DVD - where this should have gone straight to in the first place) the movie follows Shawn Colfax (Nicholas D'Agosto) and Nick Brady (Eric Christian Olsen), the stars of the Gerald R. Ford High School football team who are dreading the prospect of another summer at football camp.

After Nick hatches a scheme for the two to join their schools cheerleaders at cheer camp instead, they find themselves awash in a sea of gorgeous young women.

Cue boobs, some gay jokes and a dance off.

I've seen worse... but not much worse.
