Sneak Peak at the Trailer for "The
Goods : Live Hard, Sell Hard"

I've been a fan of Jeremy Piven for a long time now. I still
remember the times I would head down to the local VideoBusters VHS
rental store to try and grab the single copy they had of PCU : Pit Party. A film which, to this day, I can't seem to find on DVD.
But that was Piven's chance at the big time in the 1990s - and he blew it. So with a second chance, thanks to Entourage,
can he choose the right flick to take him to the next level? So far,
his choices have been fairly lacklustre... so a comedy could really go
either way for him at the moment.
The flick follows used-car
liquidator, Don Ready, who is hired by a flailing auto dealership to
turn their Fourth of July sale into a majorly profitable event.
The cast seems to be following a trend set by The Hangover
in collecting an ensemble of "B-Team" comedy actors ready to burst into
the big time. It will be interesting to see how this one pans out.
The Goods is set to drive into US cinemas on August 14, 2009 - and Australian cinemas after that.
