Some movies scream "Must See" - and some scream "I might flick to it when it airs on TV in between the footy".

The Taking Of Pelham 123 is that film...

A lot can be said of trailers, and this follows a similar path of the recent box office flop The International. Sure, it's likely quite impressive - but you also get the sense we've seen it all before. And films like this take themselves too seriously to warrant repeated viewings.

That - or perhaps my hatred of Denzel Washington is starting to seep out...

The flick follows armed men who hijack a New York City subway train, holding the passengers hostage in return for a ransom and turning an ordinary day's work for dispatcher Walter Garbe (Denzel Washington) into a face-off with the mastermind behind the crime (John Travolta).

Like I said, it doesn't look bad... but it sure as hell won't blow your mind.
