Once The Dark Knight hit it big, there was just not stopping studios from throwing their hard earned at anything that was even remotely connected to a comic book - or involved people walking around in the shadows.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a "Reboot" of  Josie And The Pussycats (this time with Josie a hardened crack addict who is looking to avenge the death of her pussycat via a murderous "band" of vigilantes).

That said, there is a heap of hype floating around this one. For mine, it kind of looks like it's going to lack something - it's very "Look At Me" and I get the feeling this could be one of those weird and confusing movies which 95% just don't get.

But what would I know.

It's good to see the return of the Smashing Pumpkins track on selected Watchmen trailers (it was last used for the ill fated Batman & Robin).

The latest comic book movie going "Dark" - but will it be a little to "odd" for mainstream viewers?
