It
was Australian Musics night of night, with the best of the local talent
pool gathering at Acer Areana in Sydney for what has now become the
coolest Award ceremony in Oz. Wolfmother seemed to be the kings of the evening taking home several awards, as did home town hip hop boys The Hilltop Hoods. Bernard Fanning also made out like a bandit picking up Best Male Artist along with several other awards for his album Tea & Sympathy - while new comer Clare Bowdwitch was a surprise winner for Best Female Artist.
