Music News:  Oz Idol Get's Out It's Dicko

Just when we thought that the Australian Idol series was starting to fall, in 2006 the series picked up in it's ratings to a regular top ten position.

Just when you though it was safe to put away your mobile phone - the ultimate SMS show returns! In 2007 it's back with a difference... four judges with the return of Ian 'Dicko' Dickson to the panel (prodigal son, or just out of work has-been desperate for some air time?).

Auditions for Australian Idol 2007 are set to kick off in early March of this year and will be travelling across the nation - including some new locations in an attempt to find more great talent across Australia (or just avoid the shit talent they've run into in the past).

So get practicing in the shower, because you too could become the next Guy Sebastian, Damien Leith, Shannon Noll, Anthony Callea, Young Divas....or Casey Donavon.
