The Big Day Out is back for another year, with some of the most impressive acts we've seen in years. However, there have been some changes from previous years which will effect some states.

GOLD COAST / SYDNEY / MELBOURNE – The Biggest of BDO 7 Stages plus all the bells and whistles

AUCKLAND /ADELAIDE and PERTH – The original Big Day Out + Boiler Room 4 Stages plus all the bells and whistles

As always the Big Day Out is not just about international acts. There is plenty of support for local musicians, DJs and artists with each show including additional local acts that ultimately results in a different Big Day Out line-up in each city.

As is the case with most festival these days - it's not just about bands this time around. Hitting the custom built 40 foot Big Day Out touring skate ramp will be some of the hottest skaters on the planet right now. 

There will also be the Motorola DEFY+ Motoslide - the ultimate inflatable waterslide, featuring a 12m high drop to a 55 metre slippery runway!

How crazy cool does that sound?!

Both will be featured in all cities so bring your borties, bikinis and kneepads, because we expect it's going to be a wet and bumpy ride.

There are plenty of debut artists joining the BDO circus, from former Oasis legend Noel Gallagher to the impressive Nero performing live in Australia for the first time ever. Brazil's Cavalera Conspiracy are also onboard as are Das Racist and plenty more.
