The Black Keys are an American rock duo consisting of vocalist / guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer / producer Patrick Carney.
The
band was formed in Akron, Ohio, in 2001. As of October 2011, the band
has sold over 2 million albums in the U.S. Their newest album El Camino
is soon to hit stores, and in anticipation they've leaked a video clip
to the first single online.
And, boy, is it a corker!

The Black Keys began recording for their seventh studio album around
March 2011, reportedly in Dan's new studio in Nashville, Tennessee.
The
Black Keys recently compared the sound of the new album to their
influences like The Clash and The Cramps. The names of two songs on the
album were also revealed to be "Lonely Boy" and "Little Black
Submarine".
