Exclusive: Cross Eyed Mary - Live
& Acoustic!
The true mark of a performer is whether
or not they can get out
from behind the relatively safety of electric guitars and distortion
and strip the music right back to the bare essentials.
Luckily,
Web Wombat will have exclusive access to some very rare and
unseen Live Performances and Interviews from some of the best bands
Melbourne has to offer thanks to the boys from Channel 31's The
Shambles.
Next in our 'Live & Acoustic' series is Melbourne Blues-Rock four piece Cross Eyed Mary.
Formed in 2001, (under the alias of 'Salad Monkey'), the group have
played with such artists as Bodyjar, Frenzal Rhomb, Blueline Medic, and
Phil Emmanuel.
Their sound is that of an energetic, funky, bluesy brand of rock 'n roll.
Along with this exclusive acoustic performance by Tim, Troy & Justin of a new track titled One More Mistake,
Tim and Shea also had a chat to the guys on the 'couch' and
discussed many pressing and ground breaking issues such as their
extensive touring experiences......mmm, and their marital status! (Tim
revealing his marriage to Justin in Canada!).
