More often than not, superb bands get looked over for a number of reasons: Poor promotion, drugged up drummers, stupid names or just poor timing.

So if we can get the chance to help out any band get their name out there (as long as their material doesn't suck balls) we will.

This weeks hit pick is from Melbourne's Foxx On Fire. For those who haven't caught the four piece, the boys are one of the hardest working acts in the Melbourne scene.

With a lead singer who resembles James Blunt, a drummer who always seems to have about 5 inches of arse crack showing, a keyboardist who is downright riveting to watch and a bass player who has made a name for himself leading the band The Rumours - Foxx on Fire deliver the perfect mix of indie pop and electro rock.

The first single off their latest EP is an oldie but a goodie. Polizia has been part of Foxx on Fire's live repotoire for some time - and it's destined to stick in you're head well after you've heard it.
