The Kaiser Chiefs' third album is called
"Off With Their Heads".
It features eleven tracks. Their average song length is three minutes
and one second. It was produced by Mark Ronson and Eliot James.
Mark Ronson was born in London. He is 33. Nick Hodgson is the drummer
for the Kaiser Chiefs. He is 31. "Off With Their Heads" was released on
October 20 2008 in the UK. The first single, Never Miss A Beat,
was released on October 6 2008.
The album art is nondescript and the dominant colour is beige. On the
back the words 'Promo Only' are printed in black caps. It is the same
font as the track listing, except the track names and numbers are
green.
Nick Hodgson started a club night in Leeds called 'Pigs'. He is no
longer growing a moustache. Ricky Wilson was an art teacher. He is well
known for wearing a stripy blazer.
Could there be a connection?
Andrew White, guitarist for the Kaiser Chiefs, used to be a Yorkshire
BMX champion. A movie chronicling the rise and fall of his BMX career
is believed to be in pre-production, with talks being held with Daniel
Day Lewis and Samuel L. Jackson (to play Andrew and Ricky,
respectively).
Daniel Day Lewis may or may not shave his moustache for the role.
Simon Rix is the bass player for the Kaiser Chiefs. His real name is
James Simon Rix. He has the least original stage name in the history of
the British music business.
Several letters are mysteriously missing from the copyright statement
on the bottom of the reverse side of the album cover. They include, but
are not limited to, 'x'.
The music features several instruments.
Some are guitars, but some are also drums. There is also singing
featured on this album. The music of the Kaiser Chiefs is predictable.
If you are a fan, you will enjoy this album. If you are not, you will
not.
There is no noticable dip or rise in quality.
This is a CD review.
