After a week of Flashbacks, we thought what better way to look towards the future than by uncovering an unknown band. And what a corker we have for you this week.

Brisbane boys Yves Klein Blue have fast been making waves across the Australian and worldwide music scene of late. After taking home the prize and the MTV Kickstart Competition (beating out Web Wombat Favourites Major Major) the lads have gone from strength to strength.

Loved by Triple J, YKB have set about supporting some of the worlds hottest international acts (VHS vs BETA the most recent) and have found an adoring fan base thanks largely to their Libertines meets The Living End musical stylings.

This track, Polka, is by no means their newest song - but certainly one of their best. It's catchy as hell - and thats all you can really ask from a song.
