You have to get a very fast car like the Speed King's car. Then set the gear ratios to go to 250m/h (402km/h).
Speed through the highway until you find a truck with a strapped car on its back.

Now get the speed 250m/h (402km/h) and ram the truck hard, flush on the rear.

It would otherwise knock the car off of it, but instead a little message should come by your speedo gauge and says CHEAT ACTIVATED.

Now go to the Car Shop and class A. The R35 should be there.

Passing technique
When going around corners, keep in mind that centrifical force will add weight to your car as you turn, therefore try to pre-empt corners. Most rivals tend to hit the brakes on a turn, thus giving you an oppertunity to pass them.

General tips
-- In order for you to win, you must have good acceleration, good control of the car.
-- As you progress in your Quest, faster racers will challege you from behind. Try to keep them behind you for a guaranteed win.
-- Be sure to watch you speed points.
-- Avoid hitting other cars and walls.
-- You can also use turns to catch up if you are behind or widen the gap if your ahead.
-- Your opponent will almost always slow down in the tighter turns.

Quest mode cars
If you beat a devil 13, wanderer or leader of a group you now get their sticker in your sticker book. Furthermore, to get a little alien, mosqueto, bull dog or pink thing, hold L1, L2, R1, R2, at loading screen after the transmission select. One of them will apear next to your revew mirior.

Make your rival crash into other cars
When you are ahead of your opponent in a race, simply beep your horn at the civilian cars you are passing and they will turn on their blinkers and swerve into your lane - sometimes blocking your opponent.
