Having succesfully converted The Sly Trilogy
for Playstation 3 in 2011, we knew it was only a matter of time before
Sony released a 4th Sly game.
Sony Computer Entertainment Australia have
announced Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, the all-new action
adventure starring master thief Sly Cooper will be available on
PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, a first for the Sly Cooper
franchise.
Developed by Sanzaru Games, the team behind
The Sly Collection for PS3, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is the latest
title to take advantage of Cross-Save between PS Vita and PS3.
Cloud-based saving allows players to seamlessly transition from gaming
at home to on to go by saving the game on one console and resuming from
exactly where they left off on another.
The game also makes full use of the PS Vita
gyro controls allowing players to tilt and steer their way through this
enchanting journey. Dual-analog controls add even more depth to the
gaming experience, meaning that playing on-the-go remains an
uncompromised experience.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time is the latest
instalment of the critically-acclaimed franchise which sees Sly, a
sneaky raccoon descendant of a long line of master thieves, embark on
another mischievous journey with his loyal friends Murray and Bentley.
The adventure will take players on a journey through history and across
the globe packed with captivating puzzles and stealthy action all
wrapped up in one epic Cooper Gang heist.
The action begins when pages from the
Thievious Raccoonus, the precious book containing all the Cooper clan’s
thievery tricks, start to disappear and Sly and the gang must travel
back in time to save his ancestors and restore the secrets of the
Cooper family.
Players can choose from a selection
of playable characters, each with their own unique style and
humour before exploring seven brilliantly imaginative worlds, each full
of enthralling and challenging tasks.
