2kg Chicken (Cut into chunky pieces)
280g Leggo Tomato Paste
1 Medium Onion (Cut into 4 pieces)
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ Teaspoon Basil
½ Green Pepper (Chopped into largish pieces)
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ Cup Vinegar
¼ Teaspoon Oregano
Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and hommogenise.
Pour sauce into a pot and bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
Barbeque the chicken pieces on a WIRE grill.
Baste sauce over chicken and cook until sauce glazes.
Repeat basting until all sauce has been worked into the chicken.
