Ingredients:
4 Pieces Rump Steak
80g Butter or Margarine
4 Onions (Sliced)
3 Tablespoons Flour
½ Bottle Dry Red Wine
Salt & Pepper
Marjoram
Nutmeg
Method:

Brown the steaks in the butter or margarine and then put the steaks into a casserole dish.

Sauté the onions (in the same pan as you browned the steaks) until transparent.

Sprinkle the flour over the onions and continue cooking until golden brown.

Pour the onions over the meat, pour on the red wine, season with salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg.

Cook over a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
