Cauliflower & Broccoli Surprise
¼ Cauliflower (Cut Into Florets)
¼ Broccoli (Cut Into Florets)
3-4 Medium Carrots (Sliced)
1 Large Onion (Sliced)
1 Large Green Pepper (Sliced)
Parsley (To Garnish)
- Simmer briskly in enough water to cover vegetables for 10 minutes (adding broccoli last).
- Drain water when vegetables are a little over half cooked..
- Cover vegetables with the french dressing and cook for a further minute.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve hot as a perfect winters treat, on their own or as a vegetable side dish to compliment your meal.
