Chicken & Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:
½ Cup Uncooked Rice
1 Packet Chicken Noodle Soup
Large Tin Chunky Style Tuna
½ Cup Milk
1½ Cups Water
Salt & Pepper
Method
1. Cook & drain rice.
2. Boil and simmer soup and water for 10 minutes
3. Add milk, tuna & rice and stir well.
4. Place in greased casserole dish.
5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 175ºC.
Note: More rice may be added to make the dish go further and salmon or mackeral may be substituted for tuna.
