Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
55g Butter
1 Egg
2 Level Dessertspoons Cocoa
Vanilla
½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
1/3 Cup Milk
Salt
Method
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add the egg & vanilla
- Beat the mixture well.
- Fold in the sifted self-raising flour. cocoa & salt alternatively with milk.
- Place in greased oven-proof dish.
- Mix an EXTRA cup of sugar & 2 level dessertspoons of cocoa.
- Sprinkle this mixure over mixture in dish.
- Pour 1½ cups hot water gently over the top of the ingredients in the dish.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot with ice-cream or cream.
