Chow Mein

Ingredients

1 Red Pepper
450g Mince Steak
½ Small Green Cabbage (Chopped)
225g French Beans (Chopped)
225g Carrots (Diced)
1 Dessertspoon Curry
225g Cocktail Prawns
2 Medium Onions (Chopped)
3 Tablespoons Butter
6 Tablespoons Rice
2 Chicken Cubes
2½ Cups Water (But use juices of ingredients where possible)
225g Champignons
1 Packet Plain 2 Minute Noodles

Method

  1. Lightly brown onions & carrot pieces in the butter in a pot.
  2. When browned add all other ingredients to the pot.
  3. Stir with fork occasionally.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes.

Serve hot.
