Cornflake Crispy Cookies

This is a great, easy to make treat for the kids and for adults who will always be kids:

Ingredients

110g Butter
5 Cups Cornflakes
1 Cup Coconut
1 Egg
¾ Cup Sugar

Method

1. Melt butter, add sugar, then add egg and beat all together.
2. Add coconut and cornflakes into the mixture.
3. Scoop small amount into patty pans and bake in a slow oven for ½ an hour.

The kids should enjoy this treat.
