Crusty Crumbed Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
500g Chicken Wings
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Oregano
1 Cup Dry Breadcrumbs
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
Oil
¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Method

  1. Brush chicken wings with oil.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and curry powder in a plastic bag.
  3. Add six chicken wings at a time to the plastic bag, seal and shake bag well to coat them thoroughly and evenly.
  4. Continue until all wings crumbed.
  5. Place all wings on a sheet of aluminium foil covering a baking dish.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for around 35 minutes or until tender.

Serve your Crumbed Chicken Wings hot as an entree or as a snack at your next party. Always a tasty party treat and an appetite quencher. Serves six.
