Ingredients:
Shortcrust Pastry
4-5 Eggs
2 Cups Cream
4 Rashes Bacon (Diced)
Pinch Nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Plain Flour
Parsley (Chopped)
Salt & Pepper
1 X 24cm X 4cm (Deep) Quiche Dish
Method:

Cook up diced bacon.

Tuck sheets of shortcrust pastry onto base and insides of quiche dish (trim off overhang).

Sprinkle pastry with cooked bacon.

Beat all other ingredients together in mixing bowl and pour over bacon.

Bake in a hot over for 10 minutes.

Reduce oven to moderate and bake for a further 25 minutes or until nicely set and browned.
