Greek Meatballs

Ingredients
500g Minced Meat
1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
3 Sliced Bread (1-2 Days Old)
Mint or Parsley (Finely Chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped)
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper and Nutmeg (Any spice you care to add)
Flour
Method
- Place meat in bowl.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Crumble (slightly moistened) bread and place in bowl.
- Add eggs.
- Mix ingredients well with hands.
- Scoop a tablespoon of meat mixture and roll in flour.
- Fry ball in oil until golden brown.
Serve on a dish of mashed potatoes with a sprig of mint.
