Hot Caramel Pears


250g Can Pears (Sliced)
30g Sugar
1 Large Banana (Sliced)
1 Teaspoon Water
1 Sprig of Mint


  1. Put sugar and water in a small saucepan and dissolve sugar over a low heat.
  2. Continue heating until sugar turns golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat for a minute to dissolve caramelised sugar .
  4. Add pear and banana.
  5. Heat through and serve.

An easy to prepare hot fruit dessert with a dash of decadence for the sweet tooth and served with a sprig of mint.
