Hot Caramel Pears
250g Can Pears (Sliced)
1 Large Banana (Sliced)
1 Teaspoon Water
1 Sprig of Mint
- Put sugar and water in a small saucepan and dissolve sugar over a low heat.
- Continue heating until sugar turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat for a minute to dissolve caramelised sugar .
- Add pear and banana.
- Heat through and serve.
An easy to prepare hot fruit dessert with a dash of decadence for the sweet tooth and served with a sprig of mint.
