Italian Style Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
0.9 kg Minced Steak
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
340g Spaghetti
3 Chopped Green Capsicums (Seeded)
3 Onions (Sliced)
400g Peeled Tomatoes (Can)
Salt & Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
1 Heat oil in frying pan.
2 Saute capsicum, garlic & onion until tender & onion is golden brown.
3 Add mince steak and cook until meat changes colour.
4 Add worcestershire sauce, tomatoes and salt & pepper.
5 Mix together thoroughly.
6 At the same time, cook speghetti in boiling water until tender, drain and rinse thoroughly.
7 Grease an ovenproof casserole dish.
8 Place speghetti in casserole dish and cover with the mix (above).
9 Cover casserole dish and place in moderate oven for 35 minutes.
10 Top each serving with grated parmesan cheese.
