Ingredients:
900g Lamb Chops
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Stock
220g Tinned Champignons (Drained)
Salt & Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Onion (Chopped)
220g Tinned Mushrooms in Butter Sauce
1 Cup Tomatoes (Sliced)
Method:
- Cut meat into bite sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan and add meat, cook till browned.
- Remove meat from pan.
- Add onions to the pan and fry then add flour, stock and mushroom and stir to make gravy.
- Add meat, tomatoes, champignons and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add mix to casserole dish and bake at 175°C for 1½ to 2 hours
