Ingredients:
2¼ Cups Plain Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Dried Yeast
¾ Cup Warm Water
Olive Oil
Method:

Sift flour into a warm bowl with the salt.

Put yeast into another small bowl and add the warm water. Allow to stand for five minutes, then mix until smooth.

Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl with the flour with one tablespoon of olive oil.

Mix with your hand to a stiff dough then knead on a floured board for 10 minutes.

Rub oil on the dough ball, place in an oiled bowl and put in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

Roll out into a 5mm thickness. Brush with a little olive oil before spreading with your topping.
