Plum Sago Pudding

Thank you Michael from Victoria for this mouth watering dessert:

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Sago
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Raisons
½ Teaspoon Carbonated Soda
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1½ Tablespoons Milk
Grated Rind if 1 Lemon

Method

1. Soak sago overnight (or at least for six hours).
2. Dissolve carbonated soda in milk.
3. Mix all ingredients together well.
4. Pour into a mould and steam for 2½ hours.

The perfect dessert for everyone.
