Potato Balls

Ingredients

3 Potatoes
Nutmeg
1 Egg
Bread Crumbs
Dash of Milk
Oil

Method

1 Boil and mash potatoes until creamed with milk.

2 Mix in nutmeg.

3 Beat egg until liquified.

4 Separate mash into bite sized portions

5 Roll each portion into a small ball and dip in to egg and roll in bread crumbs.

6 Deep fry balls until golden brown
