Raspberry Yoghurt Parfait
Ingredients:
600ml Yoghurt (Unflavoured)
1 Packet Raspberry Flavoured Jelly
600 ml Water (Boiling)
½ Punnet Raspberries (Fresh)
4 Tall Glasses
Method:
- Wash ½ the punnet of raspberries.
- Dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture equally into the four glasses (fill ½ of each glass) and as the mixture begins to set tilt the glasses slightly so the jelly sets at an angle.
- When the jelly has set fill the remaining ½ of each glass with yoghurt.
- Top the yoghurt with fresh raspberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves four for dessert or, have as a refreshing snack any time of the day. Make up a batch and take from the fridge as required. As an alternative, use Strawberries.
