Rissoles
Ingredients
450g Steak (Finely Minced)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion (Chopped Finely)
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
6 Shakes Pepper
Method
- Place meat, tomato & worcestershire sauces, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape into patty roles of about 2cm thick.
- Grill until nicely done (in griller or on BBQ).
Your basic traditional rissole, easy to make and yummy to eat between a soft bread roll with a slice of cheese, beetroot and lettuce and topped with your favourite sauce.
