Rissoles

Ingredients

450g Steak (Finely Minced)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion (Chopped Finely)
1 Egg (Beaten)
2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
3 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
6 Shakes Pepper

Method

  1. Place meat, tomato & worcestershire sauces, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Shape into patty roles of about 2cm thick.
  3. Grill until nicely done (in griller or on BBQ).

Your basic traditional rissole, easy to make and yummy to eat between a soft bread roll with a slice of cheese, beetroot and lettuce and topped with your favourite sauce.
