Simple Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
½ Cup Milk
60g Butter (Melted)
2 Tabs Cocoa Powder
½ Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour mixed ingredients into a greased casserole dish.
- Pour 2 cups of water on top.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cocoa.
- Cook in oven for ¾ hour at 175ºC.
Serve pudding hot with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice-cream. Top with sliced banana or strawberries.
