Sprouts in Lemon Juice
285ml Chicken Soup
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Blanch^ sprouts
- Drain sprouts.
- Cook spouts in chicken soup with honey and cloves until tender.
- Reduce liquid and add lemon juice.
- Allow to cook for a further minute then drain.
Serve as a side dish topped with several slices of fresh lemon. Enough for six servings or four for hearty eaters.
