Tasty Chops

Ingredients
0.7kg Chops
Pepper & Salt
1Large Onion (Chopped)
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Water
Method
1 Place chops, onion and sprinke salt and pepper into saucepan.
2 Dissolve, pour the remaining ingredients into enough water to cover the chops in the pan.
3 Pour, into the pan enough water (with the dissolved ingredients), to cover the chops.
4 Cook for two hours at 175º F.
