Ingredients:
470g Can Tuna (In Oil)
1 Onion (Sliced)
1½ Cups Celery (Chopped)
1 Cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
4 Medium Tomatoes (Diced)
2 Teaspoons Sugar
Salt & Pepper
Method:

Drain the tuna oil from the can into a saucepan.

Saut%eacute; the onion, celery and mushrooms in the tuna oil for five minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for a further five minutes.

Stir in the sugar and tuna and season to taste with the salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, cover and cook in a 200ºC oven for about 15 minutes.
