Tuna Mornay
Thank you Corrie from Victoria for this Italian style spaghetti recipe:
Ingredients
1 Large Tin Tuna
4 Rashers Bacon
1¼ Cups Milk
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 Dessertspoons Plain Flour (Heaped)
1 Large Onion (Chopped)
Method
1 Fry bacon and onions in a little butter.
2 Add flour and mix into a paste (appears very gluggy).
3 Add milk and stir till thick.
4 Quickly add and stir in the drained tuna and chopped eggs.
5 Salt to taste.
Serve with fresh rolls as an easy main course or in large vol-au-vents as an entree (serves 4 - 6 as an entree)
