Easy Cauliflower & Cheese Recipe
This is such a simple side dish to prepare and tastes wonderful. Serve your cauliflower and cheese and wait for your guests to ask for seconds. Serves six.
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Cauliflowe
- 1½ Cups Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Gruyere Chees
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
- Cut the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling salted water for five minutes and drain.
- Place the cauliflower in ovenproof dish.
- Season the cream with salt and pepper and pour over the cauliflower.
- Cover cauliflower with the grated cheese.
- Bake in a 230°C (450°F) oven for 20 minutes.
