Easy Cauliflower & Cheese Recipe

This is such a simple side dish to prepare and tastes wonderful. Serve your cauliflower and cheese and wait for your guests to ask for seconds. Serves six.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Cauliflowe
  • 1½ Cups Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Gruyere Chees
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling salted water for five minutes and drain.
  2. Place the cauliflower in ovenproof dish.
  3. Season the cream with salt and pepper and pour over the cauliflower.
  4. Cover cauliflower with the grated cheese.
  5. Bake in a 230°C (450°F) oven for 20 minutes.
